Buttery Sauteed Radishes, Only 4 Ingredients

  • 2 bunches Radishes
  • 3 Tbs Butter
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper


  • Wash radishes and remove greens and roots.
  • Slice radishes into 1/4" slices or for small radishes, quarter.
  • Add butter and radishes to a frying pan on medium high heat.
  • Saute, stirring occasionally until radishes are soft and there is light browning.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
