Add tomatoes, sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic and seasonings to pressure cooker. Whisk together.
Submerge pork ribs in sauce.
Place lid on Instant Pot, making sure release valve is set to closed.
Set timer to manual for 45 minutes.
When timer goes off, allow to sit for 5 minutes for boneless and 10 minutes for bone-in. Quick release steam when time is up.
You will know the ribs are done when they are fork tender and flake apart. Serve with a little sauce spooned over the meat.
These ribs reheat very well. In fact, I think they taste better the more they are reheated! If you have leftovers, put them in a oven safe dish and cover with the sauce. Reheat in your oven at 350° for 30 minutes.
