Cake Mix Santa Cookies

These cake mix cookies are quick, easy and really good! Dare I say quick and easy enough to keep a little kid’s attention from start to finish!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • ⅓ cup Melted Butter
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In a large bowl combine: cake mix, eggs, sugar, melted butter and vanilla. Using a large spoon, mix until a dough forms.
  • Pinch off pieces of dough and roll in your hands, making 1″ balls.
  • Dip half of each ball into sprinkles and place sprinkle side up on parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Cookies will be flat and crackled when done. Be careful to not over bake.
  • Let cookies rest on cookie sheet for 1 minute before removing to a cooling rack.
