Buttery Sauteed Radishes, Only 4 Ingredients

- 2 bunches Radishes
- 3 Tbs Butter
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Pepper
Wash radishes and remove greens and roots.
Slice radishes into ¼" slices or for small radishes, quarter.
Add butter and radishes to a frying pan on medium high heat.
Saute, stirring occasionally until radishes are soft and there is light browning.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
