Smokey Garlic Cheddar Stuffed Veal Burger
This flavor packer veal burger has a surprising ingredient that levels up any basic burger.

- 1 lbs Ground Veal
- 3 oz Aged Sharp Cheddar
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- ⅓ cup Beer Ale or Lager
- 1 tablespoon Smoked Chipotle Tabasco Or
- 1 teaspoon Ground Chipotle Powder
- 3 Buns
Combine chia seeds, garlic, chipotle and beer in a small bowl and allow to soak for 30 minutes.
Add chia mixture to ground veal and mix well.
Divide ground veal into six equal parts and form burger patties with each part.
Add 1 oz cheddar to the center of three patties.
Top with the other patties and press edges firmly to seal.
Grill or pan fry on each side until internal veal burger temperature is 160°
Serve on a toasted bun with your favorite burger toppings.
